Director of Engineering, Directed Energy Systems
We are hiring a Director of Engineering to lead our growing multidisciplinary engineering team. This position blends strong people and organizational leadership (60%) with technical oversight and strategic input (40%), supporting complex defense programs and driving a culture of excellence. You will manage engineering staff, define and enforce policies and procedures, and ensure successful execution of Directed Energy-based product development and delivery.
- Lead and manage a team of 30+ engineers across systems, software, optical, mechanical, power, and control disciplines, including functional managers.
- Provide high-level guidance on Directed Energy system architecture, laser subsystem integration, and power/thermal management, especially during proposal and concept phases.
- Lead internal reviews and support external audits, ensuring engineering compliance with ITAR, DoD cybersecurity, and quality standards (ISO, AS9100).

Director, Business Operations
The Director, Business Operations serves as the principal operational and strategic partner to the Vice President, Directed Energy, shaping portfolio performance, financial outcomes, execution discipline, and long-term growth strategy across all Directed Energy programs and product lines.
Reporting directly to the VP, the Director partners in driving financial performance, program execution, proposal management, and enterprise alignment. The role provides portfolio-wide visibility into performance trends, risk posture, and investment priorities while influencing both current execution and future opportunity positioning. A critical component of this roles success is in acting as the deputy supporting the overall business unit’s success for diving key success indicators for program execution.
- Partner with the VP in driving Business Unit revenue growth and financial performance
- Own Business Unit-level integration across Program Management, Engineering, Finance, Contracts, Supply Chain, and Growth functions to ensure cohesive portfolio execution.
- Partner with cross functional teams and leadership to define and align portfolio capabilities, investment priorities, and pursuit strategies for strategic opportunities.
- Lead and shape proposal strategy development, including pricing strategy, margin targets, risk positioning, execution maturity assessments, and proposal reviews.
- Support customer engagements in partnership with cross functional team, representing portfolio performance, operational readiness, and strategic roadmap.

Senior Systems Engineer, Space RF Systems
Join our Space RF Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) Team. Our exciting programs will revolutionize how we connect with satellite assets, enabling faster and more secure data transmission. You will be a key member of a team performing and leading systems engineering tasks for multiple projects as well as supporting the continuous improvement of our formal Systems Engineering (SE) capabilities. You will interface and coordinate with multiple external and internal organizations including stakeholders and other engineering disciplines. You may be asked to lead special projects within the SEIT or Engineering organization.

We are seeking an RF PCBA Design and Test Engineer for the design, integration, and delivery of high-reliability RF/mixed-signal printed circuit assemblies for phased-array and advanced radar/communications products. You will own the PCB lifecycle—from stack-up definition and layout governance through fabrication, assembly, bring-up, release, and test lifecycle for production circuit card assemblies (CCAs) and integrated RF systems.
